This Access and Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between You (either an individual or the authorized representative of a company or other entity) and HomeTracker, L.P. ("HT") regarding your access of HT's site (currently located at URL: www.hometracker.com) and/or use of HT's online asset management and communication system (the "HT System").

If You are agreeing on behalf of a company or other entity to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, You are hereby representing and warranting that You have the authority to act on behalf of, and otherwise bind, the company or other entity. Each reference to "You" or "Your" in this Agreement shall refer to You and/or to the company or other entity You represent, as applicable.
