FEES AND PAYMENT


1. Fees.

Listing Fee. For each Listing assigned to You by the HT System, You agree to pay the amount agreed upon. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Listing" shall mean a written description including a unique property reference number of an asset that is: (a) within the HT System; (b) assigned to You; and (c) accepted by You.

Changes. The Fees are subject to change from time to time in HT's sole discretion. HT will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide You thirty (30) days' written notice of any changes in Fees.

2. Payment.

Fees, for listings assigned to you in the previous month, shall be automatically charged on a monthly basis to the credit card specified by You in Your account. You agree to pay HT, using a credit card that HT accepts, all amounts due as Listing Fees under this agreement. You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate billing information on the HT System. HT may, at its discretion, limit the amount you may charge under this system.

You may inspect Your transaction history at any time by logging into Your Account and viewing the Payment History link.

3. Failure to Pay.

If at any time HT is unable to collect/charge Your credit card for fees incurred under this Agreement, HT shall reserve the right, but not the obligation, to suspend or terminate Your right to use the HT System and/or access the HT Site, with no prior notice to You, and remove Your listing from the HT System. You are responsible for all reversals, chargebacks, claims, fees, fines, penalities, and other liability incurred by HT in association with HT's inability to collect/charge Your credit card.

4. Refund Policy.

In the event that a Listing assigned to You has been cancelled, or was assigned to You in error, or was changed, HT will refund one hundred percent (100%) of Your Listing Fee to the credit card specified by You in Your account, provided You notify HT within thirty (30) days of assignment of the affected Listing. In the event You do not notify HT within thirty (30) days of assignment of the affected Listing, You will be responsible for all applicable Listing Fees. Please contact HT at support@hometracker.com to report any Listing for which you are seeking a refund.

5. Dispute Resolution.

Please contact HT at support@hometracker.com to notify Us regarding any disputed charge regarding this Service.
